Introducing Dubai’s Most Expensive Villa in 2021 The most expensive residential property transaction that has taken place in Dubai so far in 2021 was valued at a staggering Dh111.25 million.

The villa, which is located on the Palm Jumeirah, is a contemporary custombuilt property overlooking the water. The anonymous buyers, who are said to be a family from Monaco, plan to keep the property as a luxury rental.
