Trained as an artist and sculptor and educated at Brown University, Harvard, and Johns Hopkins University, she has a brain with a left side and right side that work at full speed. When visiting her Fells Point boutique office, one steps into a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Patients are greeted with comfortable seating, sunlight, and exposed brick. Her own art and that of other artists appears throughout.

The space embodies, in many ways, Dr. Clarke-Pearson’s core philosophy: to build a personal connection with each patient and make one feel comfortable discussing any issue, whether breast augmentation, facelift, injectables, or skincare. She works to dispel stigmas associated with plastic surgery, especially in the age of social media and reality TV.
