North Norfolk District Council‘s Mobile Gym service is at Holt Community Hub on Charles Road every Tuesday.

If you have not visited us yet please come along and see what we have to offer.

There is something to suit everyone and all abilities throughout the day, January is the usual time that people feel that they need to get back into fitness and we are here to help you to achieve your goals.

We have two fully qualified instructors - Wyn and Karle - who will ensure that you have an effective exercise session and will provide you with a personal programme to suit your needs so if you have never used a gym before there is no need to worry. Our sessions are fun and social and are only £3 per session.

The Timetable is a follows : Tai Chi with John 10am – 10.45am Gym 1pm – 4pm with Wyn and Karle Nordic Walking with Wyn 2pm – 3.30pm Yoga Fit (New for 2014) with Wyn 4.45pm – 5.30pm Zumba Fitness 6pm – 7pm with Wyn So please come along in the New Year and get the new you.

Fit Together Walks

Monday 20 January – 11am - Briston Walk –

Grade 3 – Approx. 3 miles - A flat walk on minor roads, grass and woodland tracks. This walk has stiles (one unavoidable). Meet at the Briston Playing field CP (free) on Stone Beck Lane - off Hall Street.

Friday 24 January – 10:30am - Sheringham to Beeston Bump Walk – RANDALLS ELECTRICAL Grade 2 or 3 –Approx. 2.5 miles. A walk along the prom and up or around Beeston Bump (moderate and Shop at 7 Sheringham, Church Street,NR26 Cromer steep gradients can be avoided). Meet at the Lees, off The Boulevard, 8QS.
