The Cromer and Sheringham Probus Club chairman, Dave Vickery, welcomed fellow members and their guests at the Christmas Lunch held at the Links Hotel West Runton on 3 December. Everyone then tucked in to an excellent meal.

The loyal toast was proposed by Brian Bullock and then the chairman made a few remarks. Dave Vickery said that, at the half-way point in his year in office, he was thoroughly enjoying it, particularly as the standard of the speakers and the food had been high.
Dave thanked Barry Tomlinson and Gordon Hatchett for their work as treasurer and secretary respectively. He also thanked all the members for their efficiency in letting him know on the occasions when they are unable to attend the monthly lunch meetings.
