Blyth & Wright Raffle in Memory of Andy & Jamie
Blyth & Wright are holding a Grand Raffle this summer in memory of Andy and Jamie Wright.
Raffle tickets are on sale at Blyth & Wright from now through to Carnival Day, Wednesday 7 August. On Carnival Day they will also be holding a tombola stall outside the shop and they are planning to draw the raffle that afternoon. They have to date over 180 prizes which have been donated to them for the raffle. To name a few of the prizes, there is a lawn mower, bottle of Grouse Whiskey, electric screw driver, post boxes, Emma Bridgewater trays, a DVD player, National Trust voucher, Crystal vases, North Norfolk Railway voucher, a child's scooter, a sun lounger, Portmeirion jug, Wahl food processor and a tool bag. All money raised is being donated to Sheringham Playpark Revamp who said ‘We are truly touched that our project has been chosen to benefit from such an important local event. The number of prizes that have been donated and their worth show just how well loved and respected the Wright family are. We are extremely grateful as this could make such a big difference to our fundraising. We are amazed with the support that the local community are showing us and it makes us ever more determined to achieve our goal of providing the town with a new, modern playpark and communal area suitable for all ages and abilities’.
