Who Should Attend and Why Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents will learn the tools needed to understand why their turf and personnel management strategies make sense -- or could be improved. Golf Course Forepersons will learn the wide range of skills needed to become the reliable eyes and ears of the superintendent on the course, as well as new ways of motivating their crews. Greenskeepers and Laborers will learn the skills and earn the credentials needed to move up the career ladder. Committing to three weeks of intensive study demonstrates you have the ambition, commitment and training of an aspiring leader.
