Management Skills for Supervisors

Managing employees effectively is a challenging and rewarding process which starts with a clear understanding of how our behaviors influence workplace environments.

Knowing yourself and the strengths you bring to work is a great place to start to improve your managerial skill set. In this highly popular course, you will explore the essential characteristics of respected leaders and how they create and sustain productive organizations.
