This one day conference will address strategies and approaches regarding healthy eating and physical activity in children and youth, and will emphasize the importance of “starting earlyâ€? by increasing awareness and understanding of the connection between the environment, policy and health. A choice of four workshops will be available to suit your particular area(s) of interest. Workshop speakers will discuss the issues, present the latest research and oer solutions for parents, child care providers, teachers, health care providers, counselors, and all caring adults who work with children and youth.
