One entry per person. Entrants must include their full name, age, full address, and phone number on their bracket. Duplicate entries or illegible entries will result in disqualification. In the event that two or more contestants are tied at the conclusion of the tournament, the winner will be determined by whoever most correctly predicted the championship game’s final score. All decisions made by WJRS and the Russell County Public Library in regards to this contest are final.
