It is therefore important to develop not only solid substantive knowledge of Lean Six Sigma but also the necessary skills in the field of systematic analysis, change management, and stakeholder management. Structure of the Six Sigma Black Belt training: This training is a combination of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and the Upgrade Green to Black Belt Lean Six Sigma. Do you already have a Green Belt in your pocket? Then you only have to do the upgrade to be able to work as a Black Belt.

During the six-sigma black belt training, you first learn everything at the Green Belt level, this will help you later in guiding the Green Belts during improvement initiatives. We will then deepen our knowledge in the upgrade and add elements such as change management, design for Lean Six Sigma, facilitation skills, and stakeholder management.

At the end of the training, you will receive one certificate: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
