Thanks to African Deli (Pty) Ltd in Swakopmund Welwitschia 213 was able to distribute 300 packets of Matangara to the Renish Church in Khomasdal. Mark and Winston took the time to deliver these packets to the church in Khomasdal. The church has for the past couple of years been serving the needy community by hosting soup kitchens and also assisting with clothes and blankets. These soup kitchens serve about +/- 80 people at a time depending on what they have to offer. This soup kitchen provides food for the old and young and mostly vulnerable people. With the oldest we know of being 85 and the youngest 2 years of age. The church will be able to provide a warm plate to at least 600 people with the donation and Wel213 hopes that this will lighten the load for the soup kitchens. Thanks to African Deli (Pty) Ltd who made this possible though their donation more vulnerable people will be able to be assisted through your generosity.
