An extrusion is formed from the maximum plinth foot print allowable based on the Municipal Council’s Development Guidelines. A plaza is carved out from the direction of the Central Park to the secondary access road to allow for a larger influx into the space. A platform is then extruded over the plaza, introducing an elevated parking space, accessed by a super ramp from the side. A covered courtyard is introduced to invite a good amount of natural light and improved ventilation into the building.
