the President of Central Luzon Balita and has made significant contributions as a broadcast journalist in the region. Originally from Capas, Tarlac, she is also an active participant in various civic groups and public service initiatives She pursued her studies in Broadcast Communication at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) in Sta. Mesa,Manila.
In2022,Angelwashonoredtoreceivethe World Council Lady Humanitarian Award in Southeast Asia, recognized in Hong Kong, and featured on GMA News as a Young Lady Humanitarian. Her Rotary journey began in 2019 as a Rotaractor volunteer, where she swiftly rose through leadership positions. She served as Club Auditor during the Serve to Change Lives Rotary year (2020-2021), was elected as Club Secretary for the Dynamic Rotary Year (2021-2022), and was appointed for two consecutive terms as District Public Image Officer of Rotaract District 3790 (2022-present).
AngelwasalsoinductedasafullRotarian at the Rotary Club of Central Tarlac, achieving “dual citizenship” in both Rotaract and Rotary. She remains deeply dedicated to creating positive change in her community and is a passionate advocateforBeautywithaPurpose
