OUR VISION
RPA PARENT VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION MISSION
The mission of the Parent Volunteer Organization (PVO) is to actively support Royal Palm Academy in fulfilling its commitment to providing an exceptional Catholic education. The PVO partners with school leadership to enhance the student and family experience by helping plan and execute events, activities, service opportunities, and fundraising initiatives that strengthen our community and advance the school’s mission

WELCOME TO RPA
At Royal Palm Academy, we believe that forming the hearts and minds of children doesn’t happen alone it happens in community. The Parent Volunteer Organization (PVO) is a vital part of that community. Whether you’re new to RPA or have been here for years, we invite you to be part of something meaningful.
The PVO is made up of dedicated parents like you who help shape the heartbeat of our school through volunteerism, events, hospitality, and support

Big or small, every act of involvement makes a difference.
In carrying out this role, the PVO helps to bring school families closer together in a Catholic environment through social, philanthropic, and spiritual events. The PVO works to foster the spirit of working in service to God and each other.
There are numerous committees in which parents are encouraged to lend their time and talents It is necessary for the good of the school and the students, that each family do their part to support the PVO efforts. All families are asked to commit to donating volunteer hours during the school year to offset the need for additional operating expenses.

FUNDRAISING EVENTS
Our Parent Volunteer Organization supports key events that build community, foster school spirit, and help bridge the gap between tuition and the true cost of education.
Lilly Pulitzer Fashion Show
Held each November in partnership with Lilly Pulitzer at Waterside Shops and The RitzCarlton, Naples, this vibrant afternoon of fashion and fun supports student scholarships and enrichment programs.
St. John Bosco
Each January, we rally our community for a one-day online giving event in honor of the patron saint of youth. PVO helps spread excitement, share our mission, and benefits everystudentatRPA.
Annual Gala
Our largest fundraiser, the spring Gala features dinner, dancing, and celebration. PVO supports décor, logistics, and auction planning Proceeds benefit the Annual Fund, bridging the tuition gap and supporting student growth.

FUN-RAISING EVENTS
Our “fun-raising” events bring families together, celebrate RPA spirit, and build lasting traditions. Students and parents look forward to them each year powered by volunteers and proudly supported by the PVO.
Fall Festival
Held each October, the Fall Festival is a beloved RPA tradition with games, food, music, and fun. Volunteers make it happen by helping with setup, activities, grilling, and more!
Grandparent's Day
Grandparents Day is a special September tradition celebrating our students’ grandparents with classroom visits and performances. It’s a meaningful way to honor their role and share the spirit of RPA.
Brunch with Santa
Brunch with Santa is a festive December tradition featuring holiday brunch, crafts, Santa photos, and family fun It’s a joyful way to celebrate the season made possible by our amazing volunteers!

ROOM PARENT
Room Parents serve as a vital link between the teacher and classroom families. They help coordinate classroom celebrations, organize teacher appreciation efforts, and support communication throughout the year It’s a fun, hands-on way to stay engaged in your child’s daily school life.
COMMUNITY SERVICE & PHILANTHROPIC PROJECTS
Rooted in our mission to educate the heart, RPA’s community service initiatives encourage students and families to serve others with compassion. From campus-wide donation drives to hands-on volunteer efforts, these projects are coordinated throughout the year and often supported by the PVO.
PARENT AMBASSADORS
Parent Ambassadors welcome new families, serve as positive voices in the community, and help build connections that strengthen our RPA family. Whether offering a tour, answering questions, or simply extending a warm welcome, ambassadors play a key role in our school’s outreach and hospitality.
