Last term, nutritionist and fitness and lifestyle coach Ben Coomber visited Royal Holloway to deliver his lecture ‘How to be more awesome!’. Ben provided a wealth of information on how to be more productive and successful in the pursuit of goals, discussing nutrition, the ‘athlete mind set’ and recovery strategies. Those who attended no doubt found Ben’s pearls of wisdom helpful in the pursuit of their athletic, professional and academic endeavours.
In his last lecture, Ben stressed how nutrition was the starting point for becoming “more awesome” and how important it is to get right in order to achieve your goals. This seminar aims to provide you with the information and the tools to assist you with your New Year goals whatever they may be.
