The two of us have sold numerous new builds in the area including K Hovnanian’s, Toll Brothers Windgate Ranch, D.R. Horton’s Paradise Ridge, and Taylor Morrison in various areas in the North Scottsdale and North Phoenix.

Our entire team has sold new homes in Desert Ridge, DC Ranch and Grayhawk since their inceptions.
