General Information Parking Please do not park on the grass verge outside of the club, as the police may be in attendance and will issue parking tickets. Photographs As per current guidance all cameras, other than phones with cameras, must be registered. There may be children present who cannot be photographed within certain age groups; this will be explained if relevant at the coach briefings. Camera Registration Forms will be available in the new Clubhouse prior to the festival commencing. First Aid Medical / First Aid services will be provided but clubs should also provide first aid support. Referees All teams will be required to provide a referee for the matches indicated in the programme running order and in line with RFU guidelines. These referees should have attended an appropriate course. Refreshments Food and drink will be available in and around the new and old clubhouse from 09.30am. Playing boots must be removed and muddy kit covered up prior to entry into the clubhouse. Toilets Toilets are available at both ends of the new clubhouse and at the old clubhouse. No changing rooms will be available. No Dog Policy Hinckley RFC is now a “dog free� zone. Please ensure that no dogs (except guide dogs) are brought onto or near the playing fields. Litter Please help reduce the amount of litter by using the litter bins provided around the site. Raffle A raffle will be held on the day, all prizes will be available to collect from the clubhouse. Please check prior to leaving to see if you are a winner, although we will contact all winners via phone number left on ticket.
