Dear Rotaract friends, As we're approaching the month of March, a special month for all of the members of the Rotary International family, we are on the verge of celebrating the 108th birthday of Rotary International as well as the 45th anniversary of Rotaract. I truly believe that we all have the same goal in mind : To give help to those in need, and to work together in order to create a better environment for us, and everyone else around us. I wish all the Rotaract members a whole lot of creative and productive ideas, a lot of will and happiness so that we could do our best while working and creating future projects and actions. I would also like to wish everyone a lot of success in our forthcoming work, good and hardworking new members while we enjoy the most beautiful season of the year.

Rotaract club Subotica organized visit to the Rotary club Senta as part of a common team building. In addition to hanging out and talking Rotaract club Subotica will endeavor to assist in founding the Rotaract or Interact in Senta. A very pleasant evening with friendly Rotarians.

Subotica The humanitarian party - Svi za Laneta Club”Galija”, Subotica
Rotaract club Subotica from the beginning participated in actions „Svi za Laneta“. This time we organized a a humanitarian party for our friend Lane, who is struggling with a serious illness. All revenue we collected will be paid into the account, in the hope that he recovers as soon as possible.

Visiting the theatre is one of many ways Rotaract Club Pančevo organizing informal gatherings for its members. As this February we had the chance to do so again, and support the event of our friends from Rotaract Club Belgrade Centre, we jumped at the chance. We visited the Dadov Theatre on 13.02.13 where we saw the „Muze“, a satiric interpretation of birocracy, by Isidora Goncić, a fellow Rotaractor.
Pančevo New Year’s Bazar Pančevo City Park
For several years now the Local Authorities have organized a Bazar at the end of the year. Once again we took this opportunity to showcase ourselves among other NGOs active and working in Pančevo. We have long thought our work and the Rotary name stigmatized by prejudice in our community and we are all to eager to show these prejudice wrong. This year we offered the community our lovely New Year’s Cards as a way of gathering some funds for future projects, but the more important goal was handing out our newsletters. This is how we managed to reach many of our neighbors, who are now well acquainted with our work and service to the community.

On february 28th, at the markets ’’Detelinarska pijaca’’ in Novi Sad, Rotaract club Novi Sad organized more then successful project called ’’COLD DAY AT THE MARKETPLACE’’. The project consisted of donating a hot tee to the people who work at the marketplace. This project was our way to show that we know how to help our community even with small thing like this.
Beograd Balkan Beograd Čukarica Humanitarian Fashion Show Supermarket Concept Store, Višnjićeva Street 10 More than 300 guests took time on February 26th to support humanitarian project of Rotaract Club Beograd Balkan and Rotaract Club Beograd Čukarica, Humanitarian Fashion Show. Main idea of that project was collecting funds for buying bedclothes for Home for Children Without Parental Care “Jovan Jovanović Zmaj”, by selling 13 unique dresses made by young unrecognized designers. Visitors were able to see the creations of the designers in a wonderful atmosphere. Funds collected by selling tickets for this event were donated to the “Svi Za Laneta“ fund.

Beograd Speed dating “Bar Bar” Caffe and pub “Stara Pesma”

Roatarct club Beograd organized a speed dating, where in an informal atmosphere with a magical ring, toggled conversations and made acquaintances among friends of Rotaract. In the spirit of celebrating Valentine, saluted with the wine of superior quality, which, especially for this occasion was being sold at promotional prices, and the ladies had a chance to sweeten socialize with chocolates, symbolic gifts of cavaliers. Socializing continued in the organization of Rotaract Club Beograd Metropolitan, in the pub "Stara pesma", where visitors enjoy the traditional atmosphere and good music.
Goal: Socializing was humanitarian - all the collected money was donated to the action "Svi za Laneta".

Beograd Marking the International Day for children with cancer

Shopping center “Delta City� To mark the International Day for children with cancer, on February 15th, the Rotaract Club Beograd supported the action of the National Association of Parents of Children with Cancer (NURDOR), organized in the framework of the campaign "Identify the time - early diagnosis is better prognostics." Members of the Rotaract club Beograd have provided support for the fight against cancer in Serbia Individual donations and purchasing items with the insignia of associations.

Rotaract Club Beograd hosted friends from Rotaract Club Skoplje, on the occasion of twinning two oldest Rotaract clubs in Serbia and Macedonia. Solemn act of signing the Charter, to celebrate 108 years of Rotary in the world, on 23rd of February, made official Rotaract Clubs cooperation between these two clubs. On this occasion Rotaract club Skoplje donated 300 euros to action "Svi za Laneta".
Goal: Through friendship to humanity.

Members of RTC Beograd Čukarica gathered in downtown Belgrade, and again, decided to spread awareness about people not cleaning up after their pets (mostly dogs). The way we decided to get attention of the passers-by was putting a card in a dog pie with a tacky message and by marking the object with a chalk. The dirtiest street got the award of the "Sweetest Street of Belgrade", the Palmoticeva street
Goal: Spreading the awareness about owners not cleaning up after their dogs. People had a very positive reaction to seeing RTC Beograd - Čukarica members and were inquisitive about what we were trying to achieve.

Niš Niš Constantine the Great Niš Naissus Prokuplje Wine night Caffe “Tesla” Rotaract clubs from Niš and Prokuplje gathered to organise a '' Wine night'' on 14th of February which is known as a day of Saint Tryphon, patronage of gardeners and winegrovers. On this event we received support from wineyards Jović, Status and Vimex. Our friends from initial group of Rotaract club Vranje also support this action. It was a beautiful evening which resulted in fund raising for our friend Lane.

We were given lecture about Rotary and Rotaract by past DRR Milos Milojevic. His expirience and knowledge about our organization was very valuable to our members especially provisional ones. It certainly expanded our views about Rotaract

Niš Naissus Lecture “Death penalty – then and now” 6. 2. 2013 Hotel Panorama lux, Niš Jovana Milosevic gave a lecture “Death penalty – then and now”, and presented this topic in a concise and interesting way. Reflecting on the legal practice and emphasizing the extraordinary and shocking facts, she familiarized the members with the crimes which have death penalty as a consequence. The club members really enjoyed the lecture and had many questions and constatations afterwards.
Goal: The organization of an informative lecture for the club members.
Pirot A smile is worth a thousand words Strelac

One nice day members of Rotaract Pirot organized visit to our small friends in one school in vilage Strelac near Pirot . They are special children in many ways but with big heart for everybody. This was not first time and definitely not last time we visit them. We have bring presents and a lot of love for each of them. They give as a lot of love and smiles with request to come and visit them again
