Keith Klaiber at Oak Terrace Keith Klaiber, Rose Hill's own singer/acoustic guitarist, will be performing at Oak Terrace on Wednesday 6/12/19 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm.

Order from the appetizer or lunch menus! Come sing-along to your favorite classic tunes of the 60's, 70's and more. Keith will be singing each month at Oak Terrace on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 5:00 8:00 pm so mark your calendars!

Acoustic Panels We are pleased to announce that the acoustic panels for the Rose Hill Clubhouse are scheduled to be installed June 18th - 20th ! Stop by after the 20th to hear the difference.

Pools May Not Be Reserved Just as a reminder, the Rose Hill Pools may not be reserved for exclusive use by any party. This does not mean a resident can’t bring guests to the pools for a birthday or other get-together, it simply means that the pools are not closed to other residents and all residents in good standing have the same rights and access to the pools at all times.

We would like to ask that residents keep the number of guests they invite to the pool to a minimum as a courtesy to other residents. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Saltwater?

Our pool maintenance company, Sweetwater Pools, frequently receives questions from Rose Hill residents asking if the pools in Rose Hill are saltwater pools. Excellent question! They are not saltwater pools, however; the liquid chlorine that is used is as close to a saltwater pool as you can get.

Crab Pots We love that our residents enjoy using the dock for fishing and crabbing. If you have set crab pots please be sure to check them regularly. A Rose Hill resident sent these pictures to us the other day. Clearly, the crab pot on the right hasn’t been checked or cared for in a very long time. If you like to crab please check your pots regularly. Thank you!
