Board of Directors Interest Forms If you are interested in serving on the Rose Hill Board of Directors in 2020, please fill out the attached interest form (also found on the website) and return it to Crystal at the POA Office or email crystal@rosehillpoa.com. Board Members serve 3-year terms. This year there are 3 positions that are up for election. Board Members are required to attend monthly Board Meetings and Work Sessions. Board Meetings are typically held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm and Work Sessions are typically held the 3rd Monday of each month at 4:30pm. Thank you for your interest in serving your community by volunteering on the Rose Hill Board of Directors.

Gate Reminders In order for Rose Hill Plantation Property Owners’ Association to be able to maintain and repair the roads within the plantation, all contractors and/or deliveries (with the exception of food, floral, US Mail, Amazon, FedEx, and UPS, and Medical Supply deliveries and local grocery deliveries.) and are required to pay a gate fee. (Companies have the option of either paying for their vehicles to come in on a daily basis (at the gate) or may apply for a 2-week pass, monthly pass or an annual decal (at the POA Office). All individuals operating a motor vehicle must have a Valid Drivers’ License and will be asked to produce same when entering the gate. PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries such as Pizza, Instacart, Grub Hub, etc. as well as Uber and Lyft must be called in to allow entrance as these type of delivery vehicles are typically unmarked & it's a safety precaution to the owners.
2020 Residential Decals Do you have your 2020 decal? If not, please pick it up at the POA office! Make sure to bring a copy of your ID, insurance, and registration!
