Hi, my name is Toni Dowling and I am the newest member of your Rose Hill POA team. I will be the Administrative Assistant. I am a lifelong resident of Beaufort County and have seen many changes over the years. I have worked as a real estate paralegal and receptionist locally. I'm married to a wonderful man, Ray Dowling and we reside here in Bluffton. We love traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy traveling to other places and countries, but there is no place else like the lowcountry. As soon as I smell the salt marshes and see the Spanish moss blowing in the trees, I know I am almost home again. Rose Hill will be participating in the 120th Audubon Christmas Bird Count on Tuesday, December 17th. Participation can be done on two levels. A group of us will tour Rose Hill counting the birds we see, while others can count from feeders in their own back yards. All are welcome to participate. If you are interested in serving on the Rose Hill Board of Directors in 2020, please fill out the attached interest form (also found on the website) and return it to Crystal at the POA Office or email crystal@rosehillpoa.com. Board Members serve 3-year terms. This year there are 3 positions that are up for election. Board Members are required to attend monthly Board Meetings and Work Sessions. Board Meetings are typically held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm and Work Sessions are typically held the 3rd Monday of each month at 4:30pm. Rose Hill Golf Club has repaired the water leak at Whiteoaks Circle & Sorrelwood. They still have some minor cleanup work to do but the leak is fixed!
