We offer a unique resource for brand experiences whether it’s a corporate or consumer event. Being resourceful, creative, proactive and never settling for less, we foster a creative collective of thought leaders and event designers. We set ourselves apart by creatively solving your event needs from Miami to Global destinations. Our team of detailed, event designers come from to superior ideas and realistic solutions. Sarah constantly tries to lead brand marketing, hospitality and experiential backgrounds which lead ad the trends among her event planning peers and agency partners.
With over 15 years experience working with brands like Grey Goose, Bacardi, Jim Beam and Remy-Cointreau she believes each event tells a story. She approaches events with a creative edge while keeping the details at the forefront of creating memories at the live event. She believes ‘Ok is never OK’ and strives to create elevated memories for the guests from conferences to incentive trips.

We are always pushing for better engagements between brands and attendees through social media shareable moments. Our team bridges the gap with technology for better brand storytelling from interactive walls, to immersive spaces.
We know our industry is resource intensive and seek to offset our impact by funding tree-planting in the Amazon after every event we complete.
We seek to create a community without ego, with mentorship, and lots of kindness. We are working to create healthy and supportive careers that can be sustained long term. We partner with Tree Nation and Plant a Tree to help offset our carbon footprint
Our Leadership Team is always represented on projects. They work with our extended group to ensure every detail is attended to and will lead client communication.
The Rose Gold Collective team is made up of event designers, managers and experiential experts from NYC, San Diego, Chicago, and Miami offering each customer a dedicated expert to be an extension of their team from concept to production with remote offices in Miami, NYC and Charlotte.

NFL PARTNERSHIP 2021-2022
An entirely custom experience that could travel to NFL games at any stadium in the country, all season long.
Establish Smirnoff as an NFL partner and champion their “Vodka for the People” campaign.
A fully fabricated container turned into a mobile AR photo experience that popped up at multiple stadiums across the season - celebrating the the partnership of Smirnoff as the official vodka of the NFL.
Inside the container, each game guest took photos with the fabricated locker room and an AR face paint filter was selected to show true fan spirit. Each stadium allowed different enhancements from a DJ set up to the custom football sampling bar.
RGC brought the Container to Superbowl as the largest activation on the grounds. We added to the footprint that included a custom tailgate-house inspired build with three rooms that increased our footprint to 40x40. A custom satellite bar and spinner game engaged guests while sampling cocktails. The living room was a place guests could mingle and enjoy the sport-related artifacts hanging in the room. Inside the container our AR photo booth captured photos guests could share during their once in a lifetime Superbowl day.
Experiential Mobile Units
RGC brings brand experiences on the road! We have created multiple one off and multi city tours utilizing an array of mobile units that fit the brand’s goals as well as esthetics.
RGC designed and produced the launch of Rolus (sparkling hydration beverage) in Miami as their first market. The 6 month program included RGC managing the full experiential budget from sourcing event partnerships to leveraging assets and storing custom built assets that could be scaled up or down based on the event need including carts to bars to a custom short term rental airstream. Quick pivots with any launch including shifting focus to gorilla style sampling as well as festival partnership. The launch event for influencers included a wellness day led by Allegra Paris.
A vibrant experience that made Jameson TailGate the best place to get ready for the big game and could travel the country to 10 cities, following the most exciting games of the season.
Custom Modular pieces that could rearrange to match any venue blended Jameson's well-known logo and brand colors with iconic football scenes. Guests had multiple photo opportunities, custom cocktails, and a lot of fun.
Build a day long program for expecting parents from morning through dinner. Highlight both Zoe's stroller and their mission.
Menus full of what pregnant people can have so no one has to say no. A pregnant yoga class and breakfast led into learning sessions and ultimately a beautiful outdoor dinner. Mocktails and laughter filled the space while parents got to talk about all the things that impact them, and learn how Zoe is there to help. Everything down to the giveaways was carefully chosen to support the pregnancy and parenthood journey and make everyone feel supported and cared for.
Bring the Bondi Sands brand to a custom surf club in Miami.
Every detail allowed for an unforgettable day at the beach. Custom and branded photo opportunities, swag, and refreshments were blended with product displays, outdoor games, and brand matched live florals and signage.

Our team has successfully designed and executed numerous events for Klaviyo and its partners. We have tackled larger conferences and industry events across the US. Each project is different but still has a modern and brand -centric touch. Some events include content or gifting or networking, but each event always authentically feels like the brand and includes multiple brand partners seamlessly.
