We set ourselves apart by creatively solving your event needs from Miami to Global destinations. Our team of detailed, event designers come from to superior ideas and realistic solutions. Sarah constantly tries to lead brand marketing, hospitality and experiential backgrounds which lead ad the trends among her event planning peers and agency partners.
With over 15 years experience working with brands like Grey Goose, Bacardi, Jim Beam and Remy-Cointreau she believes each event tells a story. She approaches events with a creative edge while keeping the details at the forefront of creating memories at the live event. She believes ‘Ok is never OK’ and strives to create elevated memories for the guests from conferences to incentive trips.

We know our industry is resource intensive and seek to offset our impact by funding tree-planting in the Amazon after every event we complete. We seek to create a community without ego, with mentorship, and lots of kindness. We are working to create healthy and supportive careers that can be sustained long term. We partner with Tree Nation and Plant a Tree to help offset our carbon footprint
The Rose Gold Collective team is made up of event designers, managers and experiential experts from NYC, Chicago, Miami offering each customer a dedicated expert to be an extension of their team from concept to production with headquarters in Miami, Chicago and Charlotte.

GenesisCare rebranded and with the pandemic occurring, we pivoted the original plan to host a national conference for their employees with bringing the content and experiences of the growth and exciting branding TO the clinics across the US through an immersive covidthoughtful mobile tour.
A custom designed and built mobile unit was on the road within 4 weeks. We included a custom quiz, QR codes, a digital mosaic and a VR experience and a blender bike to bring guests the opportunity to FEEL the brand in a unique way. The Bus plan included 13,000 miles, 12 weeks and 50+ stops coast to coast.
A fully fabricated container turned into a mobile AR photo experience that popped up at multiple stadiums across the season celebrating the the partnership of Smirnoff as the official vodka of the NFL. Inside the container, each game guests took photos with the fabricated locker room and an AR face paint filter was selected to show true fan spirit. Each stadium allowed different enhancements from a DJ set up to the custom football sampling bar.
RGC brought the Container to Superbowl as the largest activation on the grounds. We added to the footprint that included a custom tailgate-house inspired build with three rooms that increased our footprint to 40x40. A custom satellite bar and spinner game engaged guests while sampling cocktails. The living room was a place guests could mingle and enjoy the sport-related artifacts hanging in the room. Inside the container our AR photo booth captured photos guests could share during their once in a lifetime Superbowl day.
Camp Frenshe - Influencer Retreat
Launch the newest collection of Being Frenshe (Cashmere Vanilla) in the ultimate Influencer Glamping experience with special guest and owner, Ashley Tinsdale.
RGC took over the Beautiful El Capitan in California and helped curate a brand immersive 2 day experience for influencers.The journey started before guests arrived but were greeted by a custom check in booth with branded touches and snacks. Each room included custom swag such as a robe and product. Sound bowl meditation, guided walks and farm to table dinner were some of the highlights that all tied back to the products and brand while offering photographable installs and displays at every touchpoint.

RGC sourced and collaborated with local Austin artist, ZUZU to create a custom piece in addition to another boxed photo wall moment for the brand. Guests also could take unique 360degree photos in the 360 booth within the lounge. RGC also created produced all the lounge furniture in the lounge along with staffing to help promote the brand and the swag giveaways over the two weekends.

RGC had the opportunity to transform an empty space first at the Kimpton Gray in Chicago. Our team wanted to create the first, experiential tasting event for hard seltzers. An opportunity for fans and consumers to explore multiple brands and flavors in the crowded market in a new way.
A Two City event + More to come! The Seltzer Shop popped up in Chicago and then Miami bringing over 20+ flavors to consumers and influencers. Each shop took over an empty retail space within a hotel property. The Full design, marketing and production and management was executed by Rose Gold Collective. Guests made a reservation for a sit down flight experience where they personally got to customize a tasting while enjoying multiple instagrammable moments in the space all around bubbly seltzer brands in our modern spin on a soda shop.
DJ Kalid’s CBD brand, BlessWell wanted to create an owned space where they can sample, gift and host the community and trade. The challenge was executing this goal during Covid in addition to creating a brand environment for a new brand.
A pop up, appointment- only barber shop was designed and produced in a raw space. Guests began the experience by scanning a QR code that led them to a video of DJ Khalid inviting then to the shop and what to expect. Celebrity barbers were engaged and popped up to give hair and beauty services to men and women. Multiple influencer/ brand events were also hosted within the space during the 3 month pop-up.

Crepe Shack- Aspen
RGC created the brand strategy and playbook for a brand new restaurant concept that grew from Aspen to Snowmass. The design was brought to life throughout the physical space as well on their website and social.
