The urban transition of Turkistan includes the planning of urban interventions in two districts of the city, Old City with UNESCO heritage of Hazret Sultan and New City as a future region center. Notwithstanding planned urban interventions just in two districts of the city, this strategy affects the whole city and surrounding touristic region. This project holds the nine values and elaborates the six levels of multidisciplinary: connected public spaces, culture and tourism, urban structure and fabric, landscape and biodiversity, transport and mobility, real estate, and development priorities.
Strategy values translate the most staminal features of social, environmental, cultural, and spatial fields of the future urban transformation that have to be transmitted until the end of implementation through all the scope of documents and procedures.
