2023 was a milestone year for Roche AV We celebrated our 50th anniversary, and myself and Craig Pickard took over as the new owners of the company. Having spent nearly five decades at Roche between us, Craig and I are in the perfect position to help drive the business forward into chapter We started this year on a high note College project won the “Education Project of t award at the AV News Awards. We also picked Supplier Collaboration” at the inaugural CPC Supplier Excellence Awards.
Craig and I are keen to build on the solid foundations that have been laid and continue to push the boundaries of what we can achieve as an AV integrator. Our goal is to explore new and emerging technologies while maintaining our position as a trusted partner. We’re proud to be one of the top-scoring AV suppliers on the CPC Framework, and we ’ re excited about the future ahead.

We are dedicated to developing the next generation of talent in the industry. Our range of 2year Traineeship Schemes focus on all aspects of AV technology. We collaborate with key manufacturers to provide training on the latest solutions while participants also gain hands-on experience Each scheme culminates in the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist Exam Upon successful completion, this industry-recognised qualification - along with the two years experience they have gained - gives graduates a solid foundation for a successful AV career.
Sustainability & Community
We take our responsibilities to the environment and the community very seriously and as such are very involved in various initiatives trying to make a difference We planted 200 trees on behalf of our staff last year and followed this up by planting a further 2,000 trees this year on behalf of our clients. These actions align with our broader environmental policies that emphasise reducing our carbon footprint, minimising waste, and promoting sustainable practices across all our operations By working alongside us, you not only receive industry-leading audio visual solutions but also contribute to a greener, more sustainable future
Our work in the community includes raising over £10k for Overgate Hospice, Cancer Research UK, Bowel Cancer UK, Whizz-kidz and Young Minds We have also raised £10K for Willing Wilson and £10k for The Woodlands Academy We support various grassroots sports teams with shirt sponsorships and equipment and regularly donate Audio Visual products to schools in need in line with our waste hierarchy.

We are committed to protecting the environment by demonstrating high standards of environmental responsibility in all our operations and minimising the environmental impacts associated with our activities, products and services. Climate science emphasises the importance of rapid and deep emissions cuts. Our near and long-term science-based emissions reduction targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) The SBTi is a global body enabling businesses to set ambitious emissions reduction targets in line with the latest climate science.

Carbon reduction plan This commitment covers our emissions from direct energy use, indirect energy use and transport The calculation of our carbon footprint follows guidance within both the international Greenhouse Gas Protocol and the UK government guidance.
