Italy and Britain, regional actors ... Today, we see the French initiative, which seems to be more capable of any other initiative and the recognition of France by encouraging and supporting the Libyan political commissioners among the conflicting Libyan poles.

To bring the conflicted poles to a dialogue table at an international conference working in parallel with the United Nations, Ghassan Salama in the implementation of the United Nations plan to resolve the crisis in Libya.
