In the decoration sector we cooperate with the florist “Blumen Dürrschnabel” and „Blumengalerie Knorr“. We take your needs and organize for you budget according to the decoration.

Place cards: If you would like place cards, we would be happy to create them for you. For this purpose we will charge Euro 2,50 per piece VAT: All mentioned prices in our event folder are including VAT.

Price and products: actually not all products are always available and there are dramatic price increases. We therefore reserve the right to change prices and products at any time.

Intolerance: Please inform us about intolerances or allergies. Chair covers: We provide white chair covers on request. For the deployment including cleaning we charge Euro 6, per piece. Please let us know whether chair covers are desired.

Deposit conditions: After your fixed reservation for our event room or the pavillon we charge you a deposit of Euro 5.500, which has to be paid in advance. The remaining amount is due immediately after receipt of the final invoice. In the event of default in payment, default interest will be charged.

Cancellation conditions: 8 weeks before the event free of charge 4 weeks before the event 50% of total sales 2 weeks before the event 25% of total sales Within 2 weeks bevor the event100% of total sales

Night surcharges: Regardless of the event and of the still ongoing beverage and food sales, we allow to charge us a night surcharges amounting to € 65, per hour per employee from midnight.

Menus: With pleasure we create on demand menu cards with individual text, image or company logo. For this purpose we will charge Euro 3,50 per piece. Please inform us about the text of your choice, as well as the number of pieces per Decoration:table.

Entertainment: Please you inform us, whether a musical evening program is scheduled and what requirements are needed.

Choice of dishes and number of guests: Please inform us about your choice of dishes no later than 4 weeks and the number of your guests no later than 2 weeks before the event. This information must be in writing and binding. This number is used as the basis for calculation.

Here our suggestions for your menu. Please choose one menu (same dishes for all guests) with a minimum of 3 courses. Please consider that not all products are available the whole year. If one product is not available there will be an adequate variation.
