ILLUSTRATION & SPOTIFY CANVAS
February (remix) / Darcy Blu ft. Smokiecoco
The artist Darcy Blu has a single out called February, with album art featuring a portrait photograph of herself. She has released a remix of that song featuring the rap duo Smokiecoco.
I designed and hand-illustrated Smokiecoco’s album cover for their debut single, Candy Crush.
For the February remix album cover, I wanted to maintain visual consistency, so I used the original portrait of Darcy and illustrated her in the same style I used for Smokiecoco with the addition of themselves. I also brought the album cover to life using Adobe After Effects for the Spotify canvas animation which can be seen either on Spotify or my website.

ALBUM ART & ILLUSTRATION
Think of Me / Darcy Blu & Plushy
I designed the album cover for Darcy Blu and her producer, Plushy. The song is a flirty track about the artist wanting her crush to ‘think’ of her.
In addition to the cover art, I created teaser and promotional videos for Instagram leading up to the release. Since we had already established a dreamy theme for the cover and the song’s narrative revolves around the future, I drew inspiration from fortune-telling and tarot cards. I illustrated three tarot cards (six sides) for three videos, each revealing a card pulled from a deck.
Given these were posted as Instagram Reels, I strategically placed the words think, of, and me on each card so that, once all the videos were released, the audience would see the song title unfold. The tarot cards were illustrated using Adobe Illustrator and the videos were created using Adobe After Effects. Head to my website to see the videos.
SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN
As a fan of Juicy Couture, I created a Valentine’sinspired website banner and a series of social media posts showcasing their jewellery collection.
