PROPERTY AND GROUNDS In 2020 the College continued with a range of capital development projects with expenditure totalling in excess of $6 million. Major capital expenditure projects included: • • • • •
Construction of Senior Hub including extensive plaza works Refurbishment of Primary classrooms including construction of new Primary music facilities Renovation of existing Prep classrooms into new state of the art Kindergarten facility and OSHC room Construction of new natural playground facilities for Kindergarten students Construction of new bus shelter at Primary carpark
