Ladytown Business Park
Ladytown Business Park was established in 1999 by James Walsh who is a fourth generation resident of Ladytown. James and his son Robert (a qualified structural engineer and project manager) went on to build their business park over the following ten years and still own and manage their park today. In 1999, when the Walsh’s started construction adjacent to Tougher’s Business Park, they used the Tougher’s address with the consent of Tommy Tougher. Since Tougher’s was bought by

York Property Fund late last year, the park has now been divided with York Property Funds’ park re-launched and re-named as Naas Enterprise Park while The Walsh’s business park is re-named to Ladytown Business Park. Signage and internal branding are currently being worked on and will be in place shortly to help visitors identify which park they are in and to navigate with greater ease.
