Instead,wefindourselvesunabletoenjoyit,overcomewithfeelingsof dread,fear,orothernegativeemotions.Theseareoftendeeply embeddedreactionstonegativeexperiencesfromourpast,ofwhichwe maynotevenbeconsciouslyawareof.
