Yeah I would have been nervous too, seems like a nasty little game to show off anything you have missing in your bag of tricks.
Welcome to what I shot during the 2010 winter. Not really happy with how my season came out last year, picking bad days of weather, riding bad and missing shots. Some of these shots have been seen before others have been sitting in the dark corners of hard drives waiting and hiding. I guess that’s the fun part of shooting is everyday is a challenge and that’s why I am happy when I do get something. Riley Bathurst
Cover shot Ben Comber Lampost Tap Backside 180 Heathcote Valley My favourite shot of the season. It may have taken half the night, may have started raining but Benny was always going to get the shot that’s why it’s always fun working him. & It’s not really work it’s shooting snowboarding with your best friends.

I only got the chance to ride once with Joe Mack last year, after growing up riding with him almost every day of the season it’s still just the same as riding back in the day. Except he got way better, he was always good, now he’s really good.
That night we all went to the Parklife rail jam in Queenstown I can’t say I was surprised to see him come out on top.
