Navigating the Transition: FAQs for Downtown Branch Agents Moving

Back to the Original Agent Portal

As we transition agents back to our original portal from rHome, you may have questions about its impact on your transactions, deal processing, and data access. We’ve prepared FAQs to address common inquiries during this transition, covering these areas along with support resources. Contact your branch administrators or the Agent Care Expert (ACE) team for further assistance.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work towards enhancing our platform to serve your needs better and optimize your experience as valued agents at Right at Home Realty.

Now, let's delve into the FAQs:

General

Q: How will ongoing transactions be affected by the transition?

A: Existing listings and deals currently in rHome will proceed as usual, allowing agents to upload new documents to their listings and deals within the rHome platform. However, new listings or deals must be initiated through the original Agent's portal. Agents will continue to finalize deals that were inputted into rHome, while new deals or listings can be initiated through the Agent Portal.

Q: Why are you moving all agents back to the original portal?

A: Throughout the beta testing phase, we gathered invaluable feedback from our agents, providing us with insight into their preferences and areas needing improvement. Based on this feedback, we are currently enhancing the platform, aiming to simplify and optimize the user experience for agents like you. During this development phase, we believe it's best to transition all agents back to the original portal until the new, improved platform is ready for deployment.
