Two Powerhouse Real Estate Teams Make the Move to Coldwell Banker Warburg

In a market where top talent is as coveted as trophy listings, Coldwell Banker Warburg (CBW) has scored a double win — bringing on two of New York’s top-producing teams, each with more than a quarter of a billion in sales. The Asset Advisory Team and the Waterview Advisory Group join from Elegran Real Estate, adding serious firepower to CBW’s ever-growing roster.

It’s a big get — and not just for CBW. In the last few months alone, 25 agents have joined the century-old luxury brokerage from Elegran and other top firms, a testament to the draw of CBW’s culture, reputation, and reach.

We’re confident this move represents the best path forward — not only for our clients, but also for the continued growth and success of our team.

Ashley Reidy Quinn & Nick Montalbano

“The fact that they’ve chosen CBW as their next home is a testament to the culture we’ve built, the standards we uphold, and the future we’re creating together,” says Kevelyn Guzman, Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Warburg.

Led by co-founders Ashley Reidy Quinn and Nick Montalbano, The Asset Advisory Team has closed more than $250 million in lifetime sales across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons. Known for their high-touch service and precision execution, Quinn and Montalbano balance complementary skill sets: Quinn drives operations, marketing, and client experience, while Montalbano leads sales strategy and business development.

Quinn’s career took off in her very first year, when she earned the Real Estate Board of New York’s coveted Rental Deal of the Year award. Montalbano’s transactional range spans trophy addresses like 212 Fifth Avenue and 33 East 74th Street.

“We’re confident this move represents the best path forward — not only for our clients, but also for the continued growth and success of our team,” say Quinn and Montalbano.

Team members include:

John David Henning: Digital marketing strategist turned real estate pro, with a flair for storytelling that sells.

Allie Dornier: Third-generation real estate talent and skilled negotiator, equally at home in property management and high-stakes sales.

Founded by Jules Garcia, a former regional VP and 20-year financial services veteran, the Waterview Advisory Group also brings $250M+ in career transactions — both in New York and globally. Specializing in upscale townhouses, new developments, and multifamily properties, Garcia’s team blends investment-grade analysis with an understanding of the emotional side of buying and selling.

Joining Coldwell Banker Warburg gives us the ability to maintain a specialized boutique approach, while accessing a behemoth of a global network of real estate resources, Garcia explains.

Team members include:

William Yau: Fluent in Mandarin, with a background negotiating multi-milliondollar media investments for Fortune 500 companies.

Nikita Idiri: Fluent in French and Russian, with nearly a decade of experience from Manhattan penthouses to Hamptons waterfront estates.

A Strategic Win in a Competitive Market

These two teams join recent Elegran transplants Gina Conzo, Jarrod Duncan, and John Cella — further proof that CBW is becoming a destination brokerage for top-tier talent.

As Guzman explains it, CBW’s appeal isn’t just rooted in its century-long legacy or even its reputation as one of New York City’s top-ten residential brokerages (per The Real Deal’s annual rankings). It’s also about “creating a future where exceptional agents can grow their business at scale, without losing the personal touch that defines their success.”

ur design approach is deeply personal, highly customized and always rooted in craftsmanship,” says Elizabeth Gerdes, owner of award-winning window treatment fabrication and design studio Stitch Above the Rest. “Every project begins with understanding how our clients live in their spaces, not just how they want it to look.” This approach has allowed Gerdes to grow her business into one of the Southeast’s top destinations for custom drapery, plus cushions, small upholstery, bedding and more.

In addition to residential spaces, Stitch Above the Rest’s portfolio also includes work in commercial spaces, including No18 in Buckhead, Soho, AMLI luxury residences and other restaurants, shops and more. “Our process is collaborative and detail-driven, often starting with a discovery call before transferring to a consultation where clients can experience fabrics, trims, hardware and full-scale examples in person,” Gerdes shares. “We consider the natural light, architecture, privacy needs and aesthetic goals to design window treatments that feel both intentional and extraordinary. We guide clients from inspiration to installation, making sure the final result is not only beautiful, but also enhances the way they feel in their space every day.”

We believe extraordinary isn’t just about what we make. It’s also about the experience we give our clients—and we’re just getting started.

Now, more than two decades since its launch, Gerdes has opened a brick-and-mortar showroom in Woodstock. “I saw a gap in the industry,” she says. “There wasn’t a place where clients could touch, see and experience high-end window treatments being created in real time. I wanted to bring something entirely new to the Southeast with a combined showroom and workroom under one roof.” Having a physical space for clients to visit has allowed Stitch Above the Rest to showcase the high level of quality they produce and to create a collaborative hub for designers, homeowners and architects. “It was time to elevate the client experience by bringing the behind-the-scenes artistry to the forefront in a space that reflects the luxury and craftsmanship we deliver,” says Gerdes.

Gerdes and her team continue to evolve and grow Stitch Above the Rest, not just in size, but in vision as well. She’s in the early stages of developing exclusive fabric pairings and signature drapery collections that blend timeless design with the convenience of custom-ready solutions. Gerdes is also focused on mentoring the next generation of skilled artisans, growing the team and exploring the possibility of owning her own building to create an even more expansive luxury destination for her clients. “We believe extraordinary isn’t just about what we make,” she says. “It’s also about the experience we give our clients—and we’re just getting started.”

Capital Gains: Todd Walsh’s Rise to Investment Powerhouse

Afifth-generation Californian, Orange County local Todd Walsh came from humble beginnings, a starting point that fueled his ambition to succeed. “I grew up in a very wealthy area near Calabasas, surrounded by many affluent families—but we were struggling,” recalls Walsh. “My parents got divorced, we were on welfare, and I realized I needed to do whatever it took to become successful. I focused on school and getting into UCLA.” A magazine article about stockbrokers earning up to $70,000 annually and a great uncle introducing Walsh to investing laid the groundwork for life after graduation. “I graduated from UCLA on a Friday, started a job as a stockbroker the following Monday, and I’ve been building this ever since,” he recalls of joining E.F. Hutton as a registered representative in 1986.

From there, Walsh went on to manage investment portfolios for wealthy individuals and corporations at Paine Webber, Merrill Lynch and LPL Financial Services before starting his eponymous firm, TRW Investments, in 2007. In 2011, he launched Alpha Cubed Investments, and this spring, he unveiled the firm’s sprawling new headquarters near John Wayne Airport. “We’re helping clients nationwide and growing rapidly right now,” shares Walsh. The CEO is equally interested in inspiring current investors and the next generation. In 2023, he released his first book, Exponential Gains: How to Find and Manage the Next Great Stocks and Transform Your Portfolio. Published by Forbes Books, the practical investing guide focuses on combining fundamental and technical analyses.

I graduated from UCLA on a friday, started a job as a stockbroker the following monday, and i’ve been building this ever since.

While Walsh has developed over 30 technical analysis tools to help determine current market conditions—revealing when the news actually matters to the markets—his commitment to serving his clients with integrity is integral to his business approach. “Keeping your word is the most important thing in the world,” says the proud husband and father of five top graduates. “It makes you a superhero in our time. Everybody talks a big game, but most people don’t keep their word when things get difficult.”

When he’s not on the clock, the hard-working family man is hitting the slopes, traveling to new places and soaking up moments with those who mean the most. “Keeping my family close and together is what I value,”

says Walsh. “My wife and children are integrated into everything I’m doing at Alpha Cubed, and I couldn’t do it without them.”

As he looks ahead, he continues to strive to be better in all aspects of life. “I’m trying to make Alpha Cubed Investments the premier investment choice for retail investors that want personalized, institutional quality management across the United States,” says Walsh. “We have one of the best teams of investment professionals I’ve ever worked with, and the bigger we get, the more talent we attract. We’re excited to build for the future while putting the client’s interest first, doing the right thing and applying our special and unique process.” The sky’s the limit, indeed.
