Anti-social behaviour Anti-social behaviour comes in various forms, from large groups of youths at Shields retail or Millennium Green, to pub disorders or neighbour disputes. We have powers to deal with this including issuing Acceptable behaviour contracts through to taking court action linked to Community protection notices. This is something that we are currently targeting as a beat team to reduce ASB in Filton.
