Congratulations to LandlordBC on the first 50 years! The rental housing industry has never had such a strong representation as it does currently under David and his team. Having been actively involved with the board for the last 20 years, I’m proud of the leadership role the LLBC has taken, in not only tirelessly representing the needs and interests of small landlords across the province, but also elevating our industry in the eyes of municipal and provincial governments. This last year in particular has been incredibly challenging. Housing policy has risen to a crisis-level issue.
