RINSLO PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE
The Rinslo Performing Arts Centre was inspired by the concept of the jamaicandanceentitled'Breadfruit.'
The dance steams from a dynamic combination of up and down and dipping movements. In imitating these movements, a curved steel frame was conceptualized as an exo-skeletal piece that would form the primary structure of the building.
AsaPerformingArtsCentre, itwas pertinenttomimicthefluidityofthe dance which was suggestive of the impact that this project could have on the urban fabric of the city of Montego Bay. As it will accommodate Jamaican song and dance performances, this concert hall will serve as a cultural connector and further enhance the hipstrip.

FUSION GARDENS
Fusion Gardens is a 6-storey mixed usestructurethatwasdesignedfor integration within the Kingston Gardens area. The concept behind the form development is the push and pull forces of the site which opted for a challenge to fuse both disadvantages and advantages into unity.
In maintaining this harmonious coexistence, the structure serves to cater to the existing locals while inviting new residents and boosting revenue through the proposed commercial units. the main amenity space is a roof garden which is featuredonthefirst, thirdandfifth floors. This feature also feeds into thebuilding'ssustainabilityasthere is a water catchment system embedded in the green walls along the garden areas which re-utilizes the water for the growth and developmentofthegardens.
