All our products are manufactured under controlled lots; every lot is tested and provided with certificate of analysis approved by our Quality Control department.
The products manufactured and packaged by Rexall Solutions are centered around a variety of chemicals and industries that were developed over many years, building industry knowledge.
We provide a wide variety of products in bulk loads, packaging, base or custom blended to your specifications. Additionally, we offer toll blending, production, and packing to fit your needs: 2 oz tubes, pints, quarts, gallons, 5 gallon pails, and 55 gallon drums.
Our unique chemistry blends are available with standard or private labels. Chemical testing is conducted within our on-site laboratory. We offer comprehensive chemical blending services to customers. Blending tank capacity of 10,000 gallons, toll blending tanks feature mechanical mixers.
We offer cost reduction of raw material sourcing to match benchmarks, raw material recommendations, and evaluations for enhanced performance. We prototype starting formulations, use customer specific formulations, and small batch (up to 5 gallons). We analyze physical property measurements, VOC determination, color formulation, flash point, and viscosity curves.
Our in-house chemists can make recommendations for raw materials based on performance and cost. We also work with you on label requirements and packaging choices. Our production team will work with you to ensure a turn-key solution best suited to cover your product requirements immediately and long-term.
The lab service division of Rexall Solutions provides product testing services to our customers in the form of chemical analyses and product performance analyses. Our team of scientists and experienced formulation experts are here to help customers with product development, failure analyses, and industrial support to a broad range of research on chemical products/product applications.

Premium Thinner is a high-quality all-purpose solvent specifically designed to break down a wide variety of applicants: paints, lacquers, and varnishes. While the primary use is thinning lacquer-based paint; it is ideal for cleaning by flushing out the equipment after each use. Use to clean maintain your area, cleaning up oil, grease, and other strong adhesives.

Isopropyl alcohol is a fast-evaporating solvent and industrial cleaning agent, intended for industrial or professional use only. It can be used as a solvent for gums, shellac, and essential oils.

1. The surface to be painted must be clean, dry and totally free of grease or dust.
2. Protect your working area from airborne paint overspray and splatters. Use gloves and a mask during prolonged jobs.
3. Shake the can vigorously until you hear the mixing ball for at least one minute.
4. Gently press down on the nozzle to release the paint in the valve onto a testing surface.
5. For filling in surfaces we recommend the aerosol being in the most vertical position possible. Apply in various thin coats from a distance of 15-20 cm.
6. If you wish to paint sharp, controlled lines, reduce the distance from the surface by a few centimeters. Painting closer to the surface leads to greater line definition and paint build-up.
7. Perform tests with different nozzles to find out what kind of line and thickness are perfect for your needs.
8. Once finished applying the paint, we recommend cleaning the nozzle by turning it upside down and pressing the cap until only gas released.
9. Store your spray cans in a cool and dry place.

Specific paint for the brake calipers of cars. It has a special resistance and durability with easy and safe application.
This product is designed for painting, decorating and customising the brake calipers of all types of cars, especially sports cars. Resistant to temperatures of up to 110ºC.

Heat-Resistant Paint 400 ml
Heat-resistant paint fundamentally formulated based on silicone resins and special thermoset pigments to provide resistance to temperatures of up to 690 - 700ºC.
Designed for parts or surfaces subjected to different stages of thermal shock such as stoves, boilers, exhaust pipes, engines or fluid conduits.

Acrylic Varnish (Clear Coat) 400 ml
Acrylic spray varnish made with solvent-based thermoplastic acrylic resins. Ultra-fast drying, its main function is to seal and protect different surfaces.
It can be applied for indoor and outdoor use on a multitude of materials in order to increase surface protection in three finishes: glossy, satin or matt.
Different finishes can be obtained depending on the number of layers applied. Completely transparent and does not yellow.

Matt paint that, once dried, becomes a removable (peelable) protective layer. Developed for the protection and customization of objects, it is also weather resistant.
It can give a “grip” effect to the painted surface due to its “soft touch” characteristic.
Ideal for the protection of metals, glass, plastics (PP, PVC, etc.) or any non-porous surface, offering excellent removability. On porous surfaces, the removability of the paint can be more difficult or impossible. We recommend carrying out a previous test before executing the final work, to check its removability and that the required characteristics are effective.
Apply five or six thin coats to achieve a sufficient thickness, allowing approximately 5-10 minutes for the paint to dry between coats until a noticeable appearance of the film is obtained.
