Refurb Update

Firstly, thank you for your patience during our renovation. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding while timelines are being amended to ensure we can continue offering as many services as possible, while coordinating numerous trades and resources to complete the work.

What to expect over the coming months:

1) Female change room due to be completed 17 Sep.

2) Cycle studio expected to be completed mid Oct, including installation of our new bikes.

3) Cardio zone: work to commence early Oct. Expected timeframe 3 weeks.

You'll notice work in other areas being completed out of hours to avoid inconveniencing your workouts. We’re looking forward to bringing you plenty more exciting upgrades over the coming months. Thanks again for taking this transformation journey with us .

Locker use tips:

We hope you are enjoying the freedom of choosing your own locker. Here are some tips and tools to help with your locker experience:

1) Having trouble remembering what locker you used?

Try hanging out a small piece of your bag strap or clothing so you can visually see it from the outside once locked.

Place a temporary sticker on your locker. See us at reception for a locker slip where you can jot your number down.

Download the Interloctrinity app. This records your locker number, so you’ll never need to stress about remembering which locker you used or entering a code!

2) Having trouble getting your codes to work:

Always press ‘start’ rather than the keypad numbers to light up the keypad. This reduces the chance of entering numbers you didn’t even know were being registered.

When entering your code look for the green light and listen for the beep as you enter each of the four numbers.

Choose a locker that is at a height that is easy to read the keypad.

Use your Opal or any card with RFID technology. Just scan the card over the keypad and it’ll lock/unlock. Seriously that easy!

Download the Interloctrinity app - we have instructions available at reception, or ask us for a demo. It can be a little temperamental, but definitely gets the job done, especially if you carry your mobile on you.
