1. Align the handlebar so that it is upright with the hinge closed; becautious to keep fingers, clothes, and everything else away from the clasp. 2. Fold the stem clasp release lever up and press it towards the stem until the release lever clicks into place. When properly secured, the stem clasp should not move. Folding the Handlebar Stem for Storage: 1. Press and hold the red button on the stem clasp release lever and push the stem clasp down at the same time. 2. Fold the handlebar stem to the side, hinging away from the clasp. When properly secured, the stem clasp should not move. if the clasp moves when locked, make sure to tighten it. Before each ride, visually inspect the handlebar for proper alignment and ensure that all hardware is properly secured.
Battery Charging
Charging Procedure The battery can be charged both when it is located inside of the frame or when you take it out of the frame. 1. When battery is located inside of the frame: a. Turn E-bike power off. b. Locate charging port on the left side of the frame and remove the rubber cover. c. Plug the charger into the charging port first; then connect it to a power outlet (AC 180V-240V, 47-63HZ). 2.When battery is outside of the E-bike:
