Technical Support Engineer Eureka Technology Partners, Colombo (Sri Lanka) ▪ My initial role required to identify customer requirements in Mobile Applications and Devices, this was the initial stage of Android powered Smartphone revolution. Solving and troubleshooting was a core activity adding selling, presenting, marketing Telecom products were also part of the job.
▪ In the same position I was involved in supporting clients from 5 different countries which included USA, UK, AUSTRALIA, SINGAPORE, CANADA of Desktop related issues. Part of the job was to provide support and market the brands of the company.
▪ Final role in the company was to cover the entire client base of Sri Lankan market in supporting, solving and reporting issues of the telecom services provided by the company
