Food

We love to serve authentic, credible and consistent food that is natural, fresh and sustainable. We work tirelessly to ensure sustainable sourcing, focusing on how and where our ingredients are grown, raised and produced.

Using locally sourced produce that is in season to create unique, signature dishes that showcase our team’s culinary expertise. We serve premium clients, and our food should reflect the quality and attention to detail that they expect.

Our team of chefs and culinary experts use their creativity to craft immersive dining experiences that add value beyond the dishes themselves. Every plate is an opportunity to delight and inspire, making food more than just sustenance.

Since its inception in the early 1950s, Restaurant Associates has had collaboration at the heart of everything we do.

Our founders brought expertise in from some of Manhattan’s culinary luminaries such as James Beard, Julia Child and Joe Baum the iconic restaurateur. We continue to work with great partners that help us celebrate our heritage and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients including:

The hospitality team is available from 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Booking guidelines

All catering bookings should be made through Condeco.

Cut off times for orders

• Please contact us at least 5 business days in advance for bespoke events and bookings including drinks, canapés and sushi.

• Any last-minute request will be subject to availability.

• To ensure a swift and smooth service, please provide all allergen and dietary requirements at time of booking. Failure to submit requirements, may result in delays for your event and might result in additional charges for the extra dishes provided.

Terms and conditions of event areas

Atrium events

It is advised to enquire at least 4 weeks in advance and is subject to availability confirmed by Landlord facilities team.

6th floor roof terrace

It is advised to enquire at least 3 weeks in advance. Only disposable cutlery and crockery are allowed in this area.

Atrium and 6th floor roof terrace events will require completion of event management plan.

Events prices are subject to booking conditions and event finishing times.

Events running past 6pm will incur additional staffing charge, which will be added to final event costs.

Cancellation

Any cancellations with less than 48-hours' notice may be charged 100% of the catering cost.
