Yvonne Winkler's Journey to Well-Being

From surviving the harsh realities of former communist Germany to overcoming personal challenges and dependencies, Yvonne Winkler has experienced first-hand the power of transformation. Her resilience and determination to live a life of authenticity and freedom led her to become an Amazon best-selling author, mental health advocate, speaker, facilitator, and CEO of Lotus Consulting, Inc. Winkler's compelling story, captured in her memoir "Freedom Seeker: Reclaiming Feminine Wisdom," is a testament to the importance of perseverance, self-discovery, and growth.

INTERVIEW WITH DIANA HOWLES

Yvonne Winkler's life is a testament to the power of resilience, determination, and the pursuit of authenticity. Born and raised in communist Germany, she faced the harsh realities of a society with limited personal freedoms. As she navigated the challenges of addiction, overwork, and relationships, Yvonne eventually transformed her life into one of freedom and empowerment. Today, she is an Amazon best-selling author, mental health advocate, speaker, facilitator, and CEO of Lotus Consulting, Inc.

Growing up in communist Germany, Yvonne experienced firsthand the effects of living in a highly controlled society where the values of the collective were prioritized over individual needs and desires. At the age of eleven, she and her family escaped this restrictive environment, exposing her to the contrasting world of capitalism and patriarchy.

Throughout her life, Yvonne faced numerous challenges, including burnout, alcohol dependency, and relationship struggles. Through these experiences, she learned the importance of embracing both masculine and feminine values to create a more balanced and thriving world. These personal transformations became the foundation for her memoir, "Freedom Seeker: Reclaiming Feminine Wisdom."

Driven by her passion for supporting women's wellbeing and empowerment, Yvonne established Lotus Consulting, Inc. Drawing on her background as a business graduate from St. Francis Xavier University, a Berkman-certified professional, and a student of the Academy of Emerging Women, she focuses on helping women navigate the complexities of modern life and overcome societal expectations.

In "Freedom Seeker: Reclaiming Feminine Wisdom," Yvonne shares her journey through adversity and her process of healing. She explores the impact of cultural conditioning on women's well-being and the importance of breaking free from expectations and

constraints imposed by society. The story emphasizes the importance of reclaiming feminine wisdom and authenticity in a world that often pressures women to conform.

Recognizing the mental health challenges that many people face, Yvonne believes in the power of community, collaboration, and sharing personal stories. As an advocate for mental health, she encourages individuals to seek support, explore healing modalities, and make conscious choices for their well-being. This mindset is central to her one-on-one coaching program, "Freedom Seeker," which focuses on helping clients rediscover their core selves and restore trust in their inner and outer worlds.

Yvonne also emphasizes the importance of empathy and understanding in fostering supportive communities. By checking ourselves and setting intentions, we can create environments where people feel safe to share their experiences without judgment or criticism. By doing so, we can cultivate connections and empower others to embrace their authentic selves.

Yvonne Winkler's journey to wellbeing is a powerful reminder of the importance of self-discovery, resilience, and transformation. Her work as an author, speaker, and coach has inspired countless individuals to seek their own paths to freedom and authenticity. Through her story and her ongoing efforts to support women's well-being, Yvonne continues to make a lasting impact on the lives of those around her. As her story unfolds, readers are invited to reflect on their own lives, to consider their priorities, and to take action to create a life that aligns with their true selves.

Local Photographer Wins Best of Nation Award with Stunning Wildlife Image

LIVING IN THE CALGARY AREA HAS ITS PERKS, including access to some of the most breathtaking natural scenery in the world. For photographer JoAnne Oucharek, this scenery is not just a backdrop for her life - it’s the inspiration behind her awardwinning photography.

Jo-Anne Oucharek, a resident of Cochrane - a thriving bedroom community located west of Calgary - has recently won the Best of Nation Award in the World Photographic Cup. This prestigious international competition brings together photographers worldwide to showcase their best work.

Oucharek’s award-winning photograph is a stunning wildlife image that features a fierce momma brownhaired bear fishing. It was Canada’s highest-scoring image of the 24 submitted to represent Canada at the international competition. The photograph was taken at the top of Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park, Alaska.

“Waiting and watching for eight hours, with action continually happening all around, my patience and focus paid off, capturing this iconic moment,” Oucharek said.

Oucharek is no stranger to success in the world of photography. She has won numerous awards for her work, including the Canadian Association of Professional Image Creators (CAPIC) Award of Excellence and the Applied Arts Photography and Illustration Award. She has also been featured in several publications, including Canadian Geographic and Outdoor Photography Canada.

Despite her many accolades, Oucharek remains humble about her success. She credits her love of photography to her upbringing in Cochrane, which she describes as “a beautiful place to grow up.” Oucharek has always been drawn to the natural beauty of her surroundings, and her photography reflects this deep connection to the land.

For Oucharek, photography is more than just a hobby or a jobit’s a passion that has been with her since childhood. Growing up in the Calgary area, she was surrounded by natural beauty, which inspired her to pick up a camera and explore the world around her. Over the years, she has honed her skills and developed her unique artistic vision, capturing the beauty of nature in all its forms.

Oucharek’s photographs capture her adventures that are close to home usually within an hour of Cochrane. She calls the foothills her backyard! The photographs tell the story of the incredibly diverse wildlife in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

For Oucharek, photography is not just a hobby or a profession - it is a way of life. She sees the world through the lens of her camera, constantly searching for new perspectives and ways of seeing. Her work reflects her passion for art and nature, and she is committed to sharing this passion with others.

In addition to her photography, Oucharek is an active member of the Calgary community. She is involved in many local organizations, including the Calgary Wildlife Rehabilitation Society and the Alberta Society of Artists. She believes that art and community go hand in hand, and she is committed to using her talents to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her.

For Oucharek, photography is a way to connect with nature and others. She sees her work as a way to inspire others to appreciate the natural world’s beauty and power and take action to protect it for future generations. Her photography workshops and community involvement reflect her commitment to sharing her passion with others.

Right now, Oucharek is focusing on capturing images of Snowy Owls. To better photograph bears, she became a bear guide. To photograph Snowy Owls, among other birds, she has been studying ornithology, which is the study of birds, including bird physiology, behaviour, population structure, and how they live in their environment.

“This time of the year, they migrate here for the winter months and they’re so amazing to watch,” says Oucharek.

She says we’re fortunate to have them in our area, though the size of the population migrating to Alberta varies from year to year.

Oucharek’s success in the World Photographic Cup is a source of pride for the Calgary area, highlighting the exceptional talent and creativity that can be found in this region. Her win is a reminder that the natural beauty around us is not just something to be admired - it’s something to be celebrated and shared with the world.

Some of Oucharek’s work is displayed at the Route 22 Artist’s Collective Gallery in Cochrane. Her work can also be found at natureinmybackyard.ca.

Celebrating Mothers Worldwide

A JOURNEY THROUGH UNIQUE MOTHER'S DAY TRADITIONS

Mother's Day is a special occasion celebrated worldwide to honour and appreciate our mothers and motherly figures. While the date and the customs vary from country to country, the essence of the celebration remains the same: to recognize the contributions and sacrifices of the mothers in raising their children and nurturing families. Let's explore some of the unique Mother's Day traditions around the world.

United States and Canada: Mother's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday of May in the US. It's a day for children to pamper their moms with flowers, cards, and gifts and for families to spend quality time together. Some popular Mother's Day activities in the US include brunches, spa days, and shopping trips.

Mexico: In Mexico, Mother's Day, or "Dia de las Madres," is celebrated on May 10. It's a national holi-

day, and families often gather to enjoy traditional Mexican dishes like tamales and mole sauce. Children give their mothers flowers and serenade them with songs.

United Kingdom: In the UK, Mother's Day, or "Mothering Sunday," is celebrated on the fourth Sunday of Lent. It's a religious holiday that originated in the 16th century, and it's a day for children to visit their mothers and bring them gifts like Simnel cakes and flowers.

Japan: In Japan, Mother's Day, or "Haha no Hi," is celebrated on the second Sunday of May. Children give their mothers carnations, which symbolize love and gratitude; families often go out for meals together.

Ethiopia: In Ethiopia, Mother's Day, or "Antrosht," is celebrated in the fall after the rainy season. Families gather to enjoy a large feast, and children bring their

mothers' ingredients to cook with, like spices, butter, and vegetables.

Thailand: In Thailand, Mother's Day is celebrated on August 12, the birthday of Queen Sirikit, the mother of the current king. People wear yellow, the queen's colour and children give their mothers jasmine flowers, representing love and respect.

Nepal: In Nepal, Mother's Day, or "Mata Tirtha Aunsi," is celebrated in late April or early May. Children visit a holy site called Mata Tirtha to honour their deceased mothers, and families gather for feasts and celebrations.

Australia: In Australia, Mother's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday of May, and it's a day for families to come together and celebrate the love and support of their mothers. Children often make handmade gifts for their moms, and families enjoy picnics and outdoor activities.

India: In India, Mother's Day is not an official holiday, but it's celebrated on the second Sunday of May. Children give their mothers flowers, cards, and gifts, and families often go out for meals together.

Mother's Day is a global celebration that recognizes mothers' selfless and unconditional love worldwide. Whether through flowers, gifts, or simply spending time together, the traditions and customs associated with this special day remind us of mothers' vital role in our lives.

Kid's DIY Gift Ideas

There are plenty of DIY ideas that children can use to make a special gift for Mother's Day. Here are a few: Handmade Cards: Encourage children to create their cards using construction paper, markers, glitter, and stickers. Help them write a heartfelt message inside, expressing their love and appreciation for their mom.

Flower Pot: Kids can decorate a simple terracotta flower pot using acrylic paints, markers, or even decoupage with tissue paper. Fill the pot with soil and plant colourful flowers or herbs for a sweet and useful gift.

Personalized Coupon Book: Children can create a coupon book filled with promises of kindness or helpfulness, like doing the dishes or making breakfast in bed. Encourage them to include creative ideas that their mom will love.

Handprint Art: Children can create beautiful handprint art that showcases their tiny hands using washable paints. They can paint a flower, butterfly or anything they like.

Handmade Jewelry: Children can make unique and personalized jewelry for their mom using beads, string, and other craft supplies. This is an excellent idea for older children with some jewelry-making experience. Remember, the most important part of the gift is the thought and effort put into it. Encourage your children to use their creativity and have fun while making a special gift for their mom.

Emotional Freedom

Techniques:

UNLOCKING THE POWER OF SELF-REGULATION FOR A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE

Monique Verpoort, a registered social worker, trainer, and certified Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping practitioner, is on a mission to spread the word about the benefits of EFT tapping. She has written a book, "Is This All There Is? Living a Life Beyond Obligation," to share her insights and experiences with others. With nearly 20 years of experience in children's mental health, Verpoort believes

that self-regulation techniques can make a profound difference in people's lives.

While physical ailments can cause pain, it is often emotional pain and negative energies that lead to stress, becoming the root cause of health issues such as anxiety, nervous disorders, weight gain, and disrupted body functioning. Therefore, addressing emotional problems at the root level is crucial. EFT tapping is a holistic healing therapy that can provide alternative solutions to these issues.

Also known as 'psychological acupressure,' EFT tapping is a treatment that relies on tapping specific

points on the body to create a balance between energy levels and eliminate negative energy points and pain. Although still under research, EFT has shown promise in treating mental health disorders such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression.

EFT is a form of acupuncture that emphasizes pressing sensitive points, also known as meridian points, located throughout the body to restore balance. According to traditional Chinese medicine, these power points act as pathways that maintain health, restore energy flow, and prevent imbalances. Unlike traditional acupuncture, which uses needles, EFT tapping utilizes fingertip tapping to channel the body's energy circles and relieve stress, chronic pain, and illness caused by negative or traumatic experiences.

Emotional Freedom Techniques, which Verpoort discovered over a decade ago, have had a significant impact on her life and the lives of many others. "EFT tapping has been a game-changer for me," says Verpoort. "It has improved my quality of life and inspired me to share this powerful tool with the world."

As a trainer, Verpoort has taught professionals across Canada and other parts of the world how to work with families within their organizations. She also maintains a small group of EFT clients, focusing on spreading the word about the practice through various means, including writing her book.

Perma crisis, a term describing the overwhelming feeling of losing control during chaotic times, can be alleviated through self-regulation techniques such as deep breathing, positive thinking, and tapping on meridian points. "These techniques enable individuals to find inner peace amidst external chaos, make better decisions, handle stressors effectively, and explore more options for dealing with life's challenges," explains Verpoort.

Verpoort's personal experience with a mild traumatic brain injury highlighted the effectiveness of EFT tapping in her own life. "After a fall left me with cognitive challenges, I used EFT tapping to work through various emotions, regain my sense of regulation, and gain a new perspective on my situation," she shares. This experience also influenced the final

part of her book, as it helped her accept her situation and recognize the need to focus on something larger than herself.

Her book aims to help readers slow down, focus inward, and utilize EFT tapping techniques to find calm amidst chaos. Verpoort emphasizes the transformative power of these techniques: "By tapping on acupoints, individuals can regulate their nervous system and see previously hidden options. These techniques offer immediate stress reduction and can uncover limiting beliefs that hold people back."

Many caregivers, particularly solo parents, struggle to find time for self-care, but it's crucial for their well-being and their ability to help others. Verpoort advises, "Taking even 10-15 minutes a day for oneself can make a difference. It's important to remember that children pick up on their parents' anxieties, so self-regulation techniques can benefit both the parent and child."

16 RESILIENT WOMEN MAGAZINE

Verpoort's book includes personal stories of her own journey with EFT tapping, as well as stories from five other women who have undergone transformative experiences using the techniques. "Readers can connect with these stories and gain hope from seeing how others have coped with life after transformation," she says. The book also provides resources and activities for readers to engage with and explore their own self-regulation journey.

Eleanor Roosevelt once said, "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." This quote resonates with Verpoort's message, emphasiz-

ing the importance of dreaming and striving for a better life. Through sharing her insights and personal journey with EFT tapping, Monique Verpoort aspires to motivate others to adopt self-regulation practices and pursue their passions. In doing so, we can collectively foster a brighter and more promising future for ourselves and the world at large.

EFT TAPPING: THE 5-STEP PROCESS

The EFT tapping technique, in a very sensitive way, gives you access to the body's energy levels at the root and connects you to the nerves in the brain which control stress. When you do this, you are in control of the stress and negative experiences and relatively, in a better way to restore body balance.

Since this technique involves the use of no tools or prior knowledge, EFT can be learned in a few simple steps and help get rid of negative energies in an effective manner. Once memorized, each round of it can be performed in about 30 seconds.

Step 1: Identify what is troubling you

First and foremost, you need to get in sync with your body and know what is troubling you, or the fear you have, which will direct you to the connecting tapping point. Make a mental note and make sure you target one issue at a time to harness the most benefits. It can range from any embarrassing situation, a traumatic statement, physical pain, injury or even stress.

Step 2: Test the intensity

Now that you know the issue in hand, assign a number (between 1-10) to it, depending on the intensity of pain it brings. Remember, your goal is to bring the number down to the minimum and see the improvement. To do this, follow this technique:

• If the issue brings you distress and you feel a tugging pain, assign a number accordingly.

• Physical pain and ailment can be assigned a number, depending on your threshold.

• If the problem is not letting you perform, number it, depending on how close/far you are to achieving it.

Step 3: Do the setup

After the numbering, now begins the tapping. Before you do this, start by practicing a positive affirmation, which goes like:

"Despite (what your problem is), I accept myself and I am trying to change."

Step 4: Time to do the tapping

Next, start by tapping specific points on the body, which are below mentioned, in an ascending manner:

Eyebrow-Side of the eye-Under the eye-Under the nose-Chin-Tip of the collarbone and under the armTop of the Head.

Follow this tapping routine, according to the sequence and keep repeating the affirmation. This will help you stay focused on reaching the goal.

Step 5: Rate your final pain intensity

Now that you have completed the tapping sequence, go back to your root issue and now number the pain intensity you feel, comparing it with the older one.

If you feel a difference, EFT tapping has helped you. Ideally, you should regularly practice this till the time you reach 0.

Self-Care for Women Entrepreneurs: Nurturing Yourself While Building Your Business and Family

Starting or managing a small business while juggling family responsibilities can be a demanding and overwhelming experience for women entrepreneurs. The pressure to succeed in both areas often leaves little time for self-care, leading to burnout and stress. However, taking care of yourself is crucial for maintaining balance and well-being in all areas of your life. Here we will explore self-care practices women entrepreneurs can implement to manage their business and family life while nurturing their well-being.

Establishing Boundaries

One of the most important aspects of self-care is establishing clear boundaries. As a woman entrepreneur, you may feel pulled in multiple directions between your family responsibilities and the demands

of your business. Setting realistic expectations for both areas of your life and establishing boundaries to maintain balance is essential.

Create a schedule that works for you and your family, including specific work and personal time. Be sure to include time for self-care activities, such as exercise, meditation, or hobbies. Communicate your boundaries with your family and clients so they understand when you are available and when you are not. This will help you maintain focus and avoid burnout.

Prioritizing Your Health

As a woman entrepreneur, your health is essential to your success in your business and family life. Prioritize your health by making time for regular exer-

cise, healthy eating, and quality sleep. Take breaks throughout the day to stretch or walk, which can help increase energy and focus.

Making time for preventive health care, such as regular check-ups and screenings, is also essential. Neglecting your health can have long-term consequences and impact your ability to run your business and care for your family.

Delegating and Outsourcing

Running a small business involves many responsibilities, from administrative tasks to marketing and customer service. Delegating and outsourcing tasks can free up your time and reduce stress, allowing you to focus on the most critical aspects of your business. Consider hiring a virtual assistant or part-time employee to handle administrative tasks or outsource marketing and social media management to a professional. Outsourcing can also help you focus on the core aspects of your business that you enjoy and excel in.

Taking Time for Yourself

It's essential to take time for yourself to rest and recharge. As a woman entrepreneur with a family, finding the time for self-care activities can be challenging, but it is crucial for your well-being. Schedule time each week for activities that bring you joy and help you relax, such as reading, bathing, or spending time with friends.

Permitting yourself to disconnect from your business and technology is also essential. Taking a break from emails and social media can help reduce stress and

anxiety, allowing you to return to work with renewed focus and energy.

Building a Support Network

Building a support network is essential for women entrepreneurs who have families. Surround yourself with people who understand the unique challenges of balancing business and family life, such as other women entrepreneurs or working mothers. Joining a support group or networking with other professionals in your industry can provide valuable resources and support.

Self-care is essential for women entrepreneurs with families who are starting or running small businesses. Establishing boundaries, prioritizing your health, delegating and outsourcing tasks, taking time, and building a support network are all essential strategies to maintain balance and wellbeing. By nurturing yourself, you can create a successful business and enjoy a fulfilling family life.

2. ADD FLOWERS

• Select a focal blossom for the center of the bouquet, something that is fairly significant in size.

• Add a few stems of foliage around this flower.

• Choose another type of flower and insert it into the bunch at an angle. The stem should point toward your body while the flower head will be angled away from you.

• Continue adding in flowers turning the bunch a quarter turn after each new flower is added.

• Checking the view of the bouquet from the top, continue to add flowers a little lower around the sides to create the desired dome shape. Since the stems were all inserted at an angle, it is easy to take the stems out and

move them around for the ideal shape and design.

• Add additional greens around the base of the bouquet.

3.FINISHING TOUCHES

• When your bouquet is complete, secure the bouquet with bind, wrapping it a few times around the top of the binding point (just above your hand). Trim stems straight across to an equal length.

• Feel free to wrap stems with an additional ribbon or adornment.

• A perfectly done bouquet, that is securely tied, should be able to stand upright alone, without any support.

• Next, add the three mediumsize flowers to fill in open spaces in the greenery.

• Fill in any holes with smaller garden flowers in similar or complimentary colours.

• Add in any interesting accent flowers you might have in your yard.

WHAT IS SPIRALING?

Spiraling is the process of continually placing stems adjacent to one another, angled around a central axis. The spiral hand-tied bouquet technique is a fundamental, classical technique in floral design.

Self-Kindness

THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER WITH CARI FRAME

Cultivating an attitude of selflove is essential for women leaders to foster confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose. Cari Frame, a certified coach, writer, and business owner, has dedicated her life to exploring the transformational power of self-kindness. Through her work as a Self Kindness Coach, she helps clients tap into their inner strength and reach their goals in both their personal and professional lives.

As a certified coach, writer, and business owner, I have dedicated my life to exploring the transformational power of self-kindness. Through my work as a Self Kindness Coach, I help clients tap into their inner strength and reach their goals in both their personal and professional lives. Today, I want to share with you the importance of self-love for women in leadership positions and outline the three steps I recommend for cultivating an attitude of self-love.

Checking in with yourself: In my experience, selfawareness is a crucial aspect of self-love. I make it a daily practice to pause and ask myself, "How am I doing right now?" Taking at least 30 seconds to listen and notice my emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations has allowed me to connect with my inner self and develop a greater understanding of my needs. I encourage you to remember to be non-judgmental and consider a small action to bring kindness to yourself in that moment.

Noticing self-limiting beliefs: One critical step in my journey has been identifying any self-limiting beliefs that may be preventing me from taking action, and questioning their validity. Recognizing and challenging these beliefs has led to positive change and helped me move forward with confidence. I urge you to acknowledge and celebrate each step you take, no matter how small, as this can be motivating and remind you to keep going. Don't be afraid to ask for help when needed, as it can provide you with the support necessary to continue taking action.

Creating an accountability structure: I have found that having an accountability structure, such as a coach, mentor, or supportive group of peers, has been essential for staying focused on my goals and motivated to reach them. I recommend finding a structure that works for you. You can also use technology, such as apps and online communities, to track your progress, set reminders, and stay motivated.

Cultivating an attitude of self-love has enabled me to recognize and build upon my unique strengths, leading with courage and conviction. By checking in with yourself, noticing self-limiting beliefs, and creating an accountability structure, you too can cultivate self-love and unlock your fullest potential. Embrace your worthiness and take action to create a supportive and encouraging environment to achieve the success and joy you desire.

Throughout my coaching career, I've encountered moments that have touched me deeply. I recall my own experiences with self-doubt and how practicing self-kindness has helped me overcome those fears. "I remember there was a time when I would let those negative thoughts dictate my actions," I said. "But through self-kindness coaching, I learned to ac-

knowledge my fears and anxieties, and more importantly, how to overcome them."

One of the most touching moments in my coaching career was when a client of mine, who had been struggling with self-worth, finally realized their own value and potential. They told me that the self-kindness practices I taught them had made a significant impact on their life, and that they felt empowered to pursue their dreams.

Having a supportive community, whether it's a group of friends or fellow entrepreneurs, is crucial in maintaining our self-kindness practice. It's a wonderful feeling when someone reaches out to you and tells you how much they appreciate the work you're doing or the person you are. It's a reminder that you are valued and that you have the power to make a difference in the lives of others.

Unleashing Your Inner Worth Overcoming Doubt and Embracing Success

Do you ever feel like you're just not good enough?

You're not alone! Most people grapple with self-doubt at some point, and entrepreneurs, in particular, are susceptible to these debilitating thoughts. When we feel inadequate, we may question our every move, feel like giving up, or even destroy our dreams. Let's dive into why we often struggle with self-worth and how we can reclaim it to achieve our full potential.

Roots of Self-Doubt

Several key factors contribute to our feelings of unworthiness:

• Comparison Trap: We often compare ourselves to others, believing that everyone else is doing exceptionally well while we're falling behind.

• Undervaluing Ourselves: Since we perform our tasks daily, we may overlook our unique skills and contributions.

• Impostor Syndrome: This phenomenon involves a persistent sense of self-doubt, feeling like a fraud and attributing success to luck rather than hard work and talent.

• Perfectionism: Setting unrealistically high expectations and becoming distressed when they're unmet can result in an all-or-nothing mindset.

Though it's natural to experience feelings of unworthiness, it's crucial to reclaim our self-worth and recognize our inherent value.

Reclaiming Self-Worth: A 5-Step Plan

• Embrace Your Emotions: Practice mindfulness by acknowledging and accepting your emotions with-

out judgment. This awareness can create space for personal growth.

• Create a Plan: Write down your intentions to change any self-defeating habits. Include specific strategies like verbally countering negative thoughts when they arise.

• Seek Support: Reach out to your trusted circle of friends, family, or even a therapist for guidance and encouragement. Their perspectives can help you see your strengths and accomplishments.

• Embrace Your Best: Commit to giving your best effort each day, understanding that your best will vary due to external factors. Accept that perfection is unattainable, and remind yourself that you are enough.

• Showcase Your Talents: Privately recognize and celebrate your strengths to foster self-love and confidence.

The Power of Choice

Though external influences and circumstances can impact our self-worth, we have the power to decide how long we allow these forces to affect us. We can choose whether we believe in our worth or let doubt consume us. So, why not choose to embrace our inherent value?

The next time you feel like you're not good enough, remember that you are worthy and capable. Reclaim your self-worth and unleash your full potential by practicing mindfulness, creating a plan, seeking support, embracing your best, and celebrating your strengths. You have the power to overcome doubt and achieve great success. Believe in yourself, and watch as your dreams come to life.
