RAHM Henning moved to the United States in 2007 and instantly fell in love with the Roaring Fork Valley. He joined Limelight Hotels in 2011 and hasn’t looked back. Henning currently oversees the Limelight Hotels in Aspen and Snowmass. Henning’s favorite Snowmass activity? That’s easy. FAVORITE TRAILS: On skis: the Cirque and Weird Woods. On my mountain bike: love starting the day in Snowmass, jumping on the Government Trail and heading toward Aspen. As a Snowmass resident for over 12 years and an employee of Four Mountain Sports, Steve enjoys being at the forefront of the ski, snowboard and bike industries, always looking for the next best product and experience for his guests. The name came from Phillips’s mother: The Latin word for “gold” suited the new restaurant she saw as her son’s golden opportunity.
