Year 9

Scholarships

Our Year 9 (13+) scholarship assessments take place in November of Year 8 (Click here for our Scholarship Process and Application). However, for our football department to make the most accurate assessment of pupils, our Technical Director of Football will build a picture of a candidate by watching them play for their clubs/schools during Years 5, 6 and 7 At these matches, the football coaching team will speak with parents to understand the motivations of the family through football, which will also allow parents to understand more about the football education delivered within the performance programme.

Year 12

Scholarships

Our Year 12 Scholarship assessments take place in November, and we would highly recommend that applicants apply as early as possible as we only have a limited number of places and scholarships available. However, as boys' football academies do not release players at U16 until December and girls’ academies until March, we also run a second process for football in March. However please apply as soon as possible as once all our available scholarships have been awarded then there will be no more for that recruitment cycle
