Due to an unprecedented & long-drawn lockdown in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, all our operations have also been stopped, some of them even abruptly.

The purpose of this guideline is to review the complete status of Plant Operations to ensure smooth start-up of the operations by ensuring :

Need to be filled 1 day before through Google Doc. Below form is to be filled one day in advance of restarting by every employee including contractor & service provider employee through survey form on mobile. HR will get consolidate data for any abnormality. Do any of your family members have COVID 19 symptoms or illness (Cough, fever, cold) in last 14 days? Have you or any of your family members been checked for COVID-19? Did you OR your family members come in contact with any COVID -19 Positive case? Are you OR your family member came in contact with any COVID -19 Positive case? Any specific help required? Share full address, contact number & alternate contact number. Do you have any restriction by local authority in your residential area? What kind of restriction? MID Day Check • 100 % Check for All

Wash/Sanitize Hands

Office • Sanitize every 2 hours • Should be available in Common Areas within 20 m distance

Meeting Rooms • Should be available in each meeting Room • Hands must be sanitized before and after any meeting. • No more than 5 people in any meeting

Shop Floor • All manufacturing Process should stop every 2 hours for Hand Sanitization

• Team lead to provide Sanitizers to OE’s/ Workmen • Contractual Supervisor to ensure hand sanitization of contractual employees in every 2 hours

• Sanitized after very meeting

Others • Liquid Soaps in all washrooms. • Wash hands with Soap before entering the canteen • Must clean hands with Soap after Lunch in canteen


Safe Distance Every time Office

Stores

• 50% Attendance on any day in Office

• Feed Material on previous day for first shift.

• Each department to ensure partial attendance daily

• Keep material for second shift aside on the previous day.

• All employees at home to follow Work from Home guidelines

• Work with 50% Stores staff any time

Shop Floor • Stagger shift reduce people density • Man People as per demand, reduce no. of people on line. • No contractual on line

• No visitor on shop floor • Support Function staff for shop floor should come in line with the production demand. Excess staff should work from home • Stagger Break times to for Lunch and Tea

Others • Work with 50% Contractual for initial 30 days after Lock Down • This apply to both manufacturing and nonmanufacturing contractual staff

• Driver and Cleaner need to wear N95 Masks • 100% Temperature check before Boarding the Bus

Maintaining safe distancing. One seat gap by all employees and buses will run at 50% capacity.

Signages to be displayed on the seats to be kept vacant.

Social Distancing Precautions in Buses


Canteen cleaning & sanitization post every shift. A designated person in the canteen area checks and keeps inspection records. Canteen tables must be cleaned and disinfected before every new batch of people.

Reduce number of employees having lunch per batch Staggered shifts to decrease the density of employees in canteen. Board Create Partition by PP Sheets or Card Board even between two people having Lunch.

Clean your hands before taking off mask and store it in a plastic bag. Talking during the meal is prohibited to avoid to spread saliva. Wherever possible, encourage employees to bring home cooked food and having at your own desk.

Hygiene & Social Distancing Precautions


Daily • Ensure Protocols related to entry to office for employees, Contractual and Visitors • Set up a Health Booth to monitor the temperature during the Mid Day • Ensure Daily disinfection norms for offices, plants, Buses & Cars. • Compliances for Isolation norms • Daily monitoring and directions to employees who report sick

Deal With Sick Employees • They should stay quarantined for 14 days. • Those travelled in last 2 weeks, stay at home for 14 days • Should be taken to isolation room before sending to hospital. • Anyone in contact with the sick employee to be quarantined till the sick person is not certified fit.

Deal With Covid 19 Cases • For positive COVID 19 case, all in contact with the affected person to be quarantined for 14 days. • CMT should ensure that all plants maintain the record of their employees on a daily basis with respect to their shifts and the place of work. • Any State Govt guidelines to be followed at all the times without any compromise.
