MESSAGES Message from the Director In-Charge Dear Students, Welcome to SVNIT, Surat! We are delighted to welcome you to SVNIT and hope that you’re excited about our vibrant campus life! The 2021-2022 academic year still holds some unknowns for us in the light of the ongoing pandemic. Despite the unique circumstances, we are thrilled to have you with us. We want you to enjoy the campus and take appropriate personal and collective precautions when living, learning, working, and playing. We are ranked No. 47 in the Engineering category among the top technical institutes of the country by NIRF 2021. At SVNIT, we rely on a pedagogy that promotes creativity and innovation and very high-standard teaching-learning practices. The institute’s incredibly talented faculty will be your guides and allies in your exploration. They are your greatest resource. They are leaders in their fields and you get to know them.
