Can I suggest my own audience?
Yes, if you think there is a particular audience you’d like to target, please advise your agent so you can work together on an agreed persona profile for us to target.
Do you target outside of Melbourne/Victoria?
Yes, if the renter is likely to be interstate or outside of Melbourne, we can create a larger radius or target another specific area.
Can I get the results at the end of the campaign?
Yes, this can be provided upon request.
What does ‘Reach’ mean?
The number of people who saw your advert at least once.
What does ‘Impressions’ mean?
Impressions measure how often your ads were on screen for your target audience. Example: If an ad is on screen and someone scrolls down, and then scrolls back up to the same ad, that counts as one impression. If an ad is on screen for someone two different times in a day, that counts as two impressions.
What does ’Landing page views’ mean?
The number of times that a person clicked on your property ad link and successfully loaded the destination web page. Note: This is your property’s listing page on the Nelson Alexander website.
Can I book another Facebook campaign for my property after the first one is finished?
Absolutely. Speak to your agent about booking a secondary campaign.
Why do the ads run for 10 days?
Your Facebook Campaign will be booked to start on the day that the property goes live and will run for 10 days - this period is the best time to engage potential tenants so that they have time to view the property.
Will my ad be revised if the engagement is low in the first few days?
Yes, both we and META monitor the campaign in the first few days as it goes through a ‘learning stage’.
Will the property be posted on the Nelson Alexander Facebook or Instagram page?
The Facebook campaign is an ad, not a post. This means it is only shown to the target audience and won’t necessarily be posted on the Nelson Alexander Facebook Page or Instagram.
Do the ads appear on Instagram too?
