What a year it's been for Team Chauncy. We’ve achieved some significant milestones, firming up our reputation as one of the best real estate teams in Artarmon. A highlight of the year was when Peter was honoured to be recognised among Australia's top real estate professionals, ranking #10 in Australia's Top 100 Agents. We're also proud to announce that we were awarded Rate My Agent of the Year for Artarmon, another testament to our dedication and hard work.
Our success is reflected in the incredible results we've achieved for our clients. We sold the most expensive Artarmon house of the year with 1 Smith Road fetching an impressive $5,850,000. Another notable sale was 8 Sydney Street, which sold at auction for an outstanding $3,615,000, which was $415,000 above the reserve price. A beautiful character home at 13 Harden Road was snapped up prior to its scheduled auction for a remarkable $4,450,000, while 16 Weedon Road sold after just 14 days on the market for $4,380,000. Our 90% auction clearance rate and an average of 20 days on the market demonstrate the effectiveness of our strategic approach to marketing and our commitment to achieving the best results for our clients.

The market has remained robust, with property prices continuing to rise. This financial year showed an increase of 6.3%, and homebuyers are benefiting from an increase in borrowing power due to higher after-tax income. In addition to our professional achievements, we had the pleasure of attending the School for Life Foundation’s Annual Gala Ball, where $2 million was raised to provide quality education for children in Uganda.
