I have been lucky to have been selling for over 27 yrs and have been through both surging and cooling markets alike. Since March 2022 prices eased 5%-8% however this correction is off the back of an overall increase of 35% in Sydney over the last couple of years.

Last years ‘fears of missing out’ has been replaced with more contemplation by buyers indicating a more level or ‘normal’ real estate market.

As the restrictions ease on our international boarders, Sydney will be a major recipient of new residents putting extra pressure on our property markets for owners’ occupiers and demand for rental properties.
